It just took six weeks for a bill to get to me in the mail. Luckily; they had also sent the invoice by email, so it has been paid for weeks now. Based on that and other slow mail; I’s suggest if you plan to vote absentee in November; get those ballots in early,or drop them off in person. The mail just keeps getting worse.
