@ubereats I just spent the better part of two hours trying to deal with your customer service. I placed a bundled order for a restaurant less than a mile away. The estimated time for delivery was 25 minutes. Nbd but 15 minutes later the latest time of arrival was changed to an hour and a half. I requested to cancel without penalty. I was told I would be charged. 1/
