Somehow 
we got lost somewhere on our way to right Now
lost like that fire we assumed 
would never burn out
at first anyway
but eventually, we got our
rainy day
but it wasn’t a rainy day at all
it was a category 5 hurricane
and we lost
everything
it was also the moment I realized
I had also lost mySelf
I gave her away to you 
willingly
