I was 18 when I got my first phone. In 2005. It wasn't a Blackberry. It was a Kyocera from Alltel.
Remember Alltel? Exactly.
The thing was basic. No touchscreen. No apps. Just buttons and a tiny screen.
But it did what it needed to do. Called people. Sent texts. Maybe played a game of Brick if you were feeling wild.
Simple. Straightforward. Got the job done.
