My unsolicited opinion on healing and moving forward. ✍️
How do I know if I have healed or moved on from a situation that had been dragging me down?
I pour all of my emotions on paper. I write everything. I don't defend myself on that paper, no sugarcoating. I admit all my mistakes: completely honest with my intentions (good or bad). I look at myself as subject that needs to be scrutinized. I try to understand the situation as if I wasn't part of the case. ++
