my adhd really kicked my ass this week
but needing to do a last minute high priority project on top of what I had already planned for the week made me realize that I’ve improved a lot.
I’ve created a routine with systems + structure to manage my adhd, and it works (despite me never feeling like it does)
so having the routine disrupted = chaos, missed details, and way too much stress.
this is my positive spin on a shitshow
