Try not to have too high expectations in terms of sales and profits. Sales comes when u least expect it to. Just enjoy the experience, make friends and support each other.

Always plan your set up in adv! Take photos so that it's easier to set up when you're there. Good to have a friend/partner with you: don't solo even if you're not sharing a table And lastly have a proper system for your revenue! First time I didn't know how to track the money coming in: biggest mistake. You may want a system to track your inventory against sales too 🫶🏻 good luck!
