I can’t use diaper rash cream on my baby, it’s too harsh for her. But I’ve been putting aquaphor when she started to sleep in extended chunks (6+ hours). I put a glob so it creates a barrier between her and her pee so it doesn’t irritate her skin and I don’t have to wake her up in the middle of the night for changes. Huggies are great at absorbing but once they get so full, some of the pee sits on the skin. Aquaphor avoids that.
