一天內	Pamela Miller ltpambo	Nothing to begin with. Start taking some B vitamins or some collagen. Then let your nails grow out from the quick to the top. It will take a few months. Keep your nails short and natural. No polish. It is really the only way to recover your nails. Voice of experience here. PS a little caster oil will help.
