Why is it so hard to lose side fat? Are there specific leg workouts that can help with this, and any gym Workout recommendations?

Spot reduction is not a thing when it comes to fat loss.. the only way to lose fat is to be on a caloric deficit.. eventually it will start to go away..

As already said by others spot reduction....is not a option in exercise ... cardio 20 min. Followed by 10 to 15 min. Exercise daily ....cut calories or burn 🔥 more than your intake ....

The problem with side fat is this is normally your emergency fat reserve, it's one of the last places your body will pull fat from, best thing you can do is just keep workout out with added cardio and dieting.

Side fats take longest. Keep working out. You look fine even with it! It will go away eventually.
