Congratulations to Mercyhurst and West Georgia on winning their 1st games as a Division I (FCS) program. Mercyhurst opened their season with a 28-25 victory at Wheeling (D-2) on Thursday and will have their 1st FCS opponent on Saturday when they travel to Howard West Georgia opened their maiden FCS season with a thrilling 38-29 home victory over Samford last night and will travel to Abilene Christian on Saturday.
