I had a traumatic hospital birth in 2017. I'll spare the details because it's triggering. I vowed to never have children again.. After some reaching out to others they helped cool the boiling down and helped me research homebirths. I had 2 amazing, mentally healing, homesbirths since then. My bestie had an emergency cesarean. She had a healing VBAC at home a couple years ago and is due anytime now with her 3rd. I hope you find ways to heal! Talking about it really helped me out. Hugs 😭🤍
