This is my third visit to Indonesia, still ada problem yg sama. CONSTIPATION! Why oo? Sebab the food kah? Sebab didnt eat fruits kah? Tapi d Kch pun xda lah makan buah ari2. Ok jak ke toilet. I drank lots of water tho 😩 I even foresee it and told my family sbb both times pegi aku mmg ada masalah ya. Hahaha
