The older I get, the more I’m ok with paying more to be comfortable on long haul flights. I used to complain about paying $4.99 for a basic economy seat on a discount airline (and the middle seat didn’t bother me), but now I will allocate part of my travel budget to upgrade to something with more space — Comfort Plus / Premium, etc — and not think twice. 17 小時內	grizwald15	Yep. Booked trip in economy, looked a few days later & there was an option to upgrade at a reasonable price. I did it. Also booked tickets in business knowing I’d pay a lot but also know I’ll be comfortable on an international flight.

18 小時內	Laura Poole poole.laura	ABSOLUTELY! I think of myself as a comfort traveler (not luxury, not bargain). I want to be comfortable! Comfy seats, occasional upgrade if worthwhile, and I used to get lounge day passes for long layovers (harder to get now).
