Has anyone used the Sharpe ratio to compare AI produced movies with human produced films? I feel that until audiences begin paying for AI produced movies the threat or promise, depending on one’s perspective, is overblown. AI as a tool can currently streamline production processes, it just won’t necessarily bring costs down. Productions still need to pay for locations, cast and crew, catering, insurance, materials for props, sets, costumes. If AI replaces all that it’s just animation.
