I’ve been to Beijing, Xian and Shanghai. It’s a nice experience to visit places, learn about Chinese History and try Chinese food.

Been to China many times in my childhood. Stopped going since I started work. Then Covid happened. Didn’t go there till this time last year and got stuck in that stupid typhoons. Anyway… what I didn’t like about is that trains timings are still not up to par even though they have upgraded to bullet trains type. And then, on the metro, they are rather pushy and will rush for seats. That was Guangzhou.

china is huge... the most memorable ones are public toilet, fake foods and beautiful sceneries

Lived in Zhaoqing, Guangdong for nearly 10 years, and been back multiple times to Beijing and Hebei Province to visit family. Love it, especially the smaller cities in the north, where the people are so friendly. I just hate now that everything is phone-based. I can’t use my phone over there, except for WiFi, so my wife has to pay for everything through WeChat on her Chinese phone!

It’s busy.

Been to China 11 times as my wife is from there. Amazing place to visit, not like Americans imagine it to be. Super modern, great infrastructure. Love the bullet trains. Welcoming and friendly people!
