I have no idea why there are 50,000 people hanging out in Times Square at midnight but there is 🫨 And yet NYC still dedicates a majority of the space to the handful of irate drivers who decided to drive through the crowd instead of on the multitude of empty parallel streets

Stay out the street !! It’s a street for a reason . They get hit ? Guess what ? They was in the street. Isn’t that why sidewalks are made ?
