The first time I intentionally spoke to my guides it was out loud, in my car. A reader had told me my guides were trying to connect with me and to just START TALKING. I blurted out a greeting, told them how I was feeling, and that I didn't think they could hear me anyway and I was almost at work so I had to go. As I said "I don't even know if you can hear me" a big butterfly came out of nowhere, almost hit my windscreen, & flew off. They could hear me, and that was just the beginning.
