Anything the Spirit directs you to do. Nothing God says is a suggestion, and in that passage, Jesus was talking bout us receiving the Holy Spirit. If we love God, we have to obey Him in all things, accept His lordship, because to love Him is to respect and trust Him with no restraints. Match His energy means to do what He wills best with no hesitation, because He didn’t hesitate to die for us.
