It dawned on me that loving yourself should come first, even before you love someone else.
With that realization, I enrolled with an online fitness coach, and later, I continued working out on my own until I reached my goal weight—dropping from almost 80kg to 50kg.
To sum it all up, it’s tough to stay on track when the results are slow to show. But for me, it’s important to have patience, be consistent, and stay focused on your goal. If kaya ko, kaya niyo rin!
