Spent a decade trying to get my dream job at a specific radio station. Got a producer gig paired with a comedian who had never done radio before. I was asked to help her as she was auditioning to get the hosting job. I did, and even recommended that she should be the choice for the job. She got it, & immediately turned on me. She spent 20 mins lying about me on the air and said worse things to management. I was moved to another job which was eliminated 4 months later. Worked there 8 months total

My first job was as a bus boy at Red River Ranch steakhouse in '99. After about six months, I showed up for my shift to learn that it was the last day the restaurant would be open. Another bus boy and I decided to leave our shift with a piece of decor. He grabbed a poster and the glass shattered when he threw it in his car. I took a leather whip and my son is using it for his Indiana Jones costume this Halloween.

Two jobs. 1. waste management recycling truck, i would jump off, grab the bin, sort the contents into the right parts of the truck 🤮 2. removed old, wet/moldy floor insulation from under houses. had a pile of ants fall on me once. that was my last day on that job lol
