I have a theory that most drummers have ADHD. They were the fidgety pattern-recognizing kids in school and a pair of drumsticks was like a conduit to channel it all into something physical to give them all the dopamine and release their hyperactivity. I feel like watching Chad Smith, Keith Moon, or John Bonham drum is compelling evidence, but if you’re a drummer and reading this, do you agree?
