Sitting outside in a pub garden a few nights ago. A (seemingly) German guy came up to our table and very politely asked if we minded if he vaped at the next table. Silence. Then I equally politely said I'd prefer if he didn't. He then pointed to a table further away and said, "Is that one ok?" and we all said "Yes.", then "Thanks". And that was that.
