I was on customer service with Samsung cause a small thing wasn't working on my watch. It was a text CSR which i love because i want to not be bitchy toward CSR. But the messaging system just sent me to an obvious bot. Like I don't mind Talking To a bot but like don't say I'm connecting you to human and connected me a bot. Anyone else notice this strangness with them.
