If you drive along Hardangerfjord on the east of Flogefonna glacier in summer, you will find countless kiosks selling fresh fruits and berries. We stopped next to one of these kiosks to buy some fruits and the farmer told us that this region grows 50% of all fruits in Norway and is also known as Norway’s fruit basket. The almost ripe fruits go to supermarkets and the fully ripe fruits are sold on roadside kiosks - which are the tastiest. And 90%+ of these kiosks are unmanned . Norway 🇳🇴
