There are at least 3 major music festivals this weekend. Jazzfest is free. Hamtramck Labor Day Fest is free. And Royal Oak has Arts Beats and Eats, which charges for tickets and raised local parking prices to $20 so that they can afford all the extra cops to write tickets. Also lines for entry are hundreds of feet long. Why is anyone choosing ABE? Are the Gin Blossoms THAT much of a draw?
