I think the two coincide. I’m not arguing, please don’t think I’m saying you’re wrong or have negative feelings about this discussion. But we have to look at what caused that person to gain weight to give them a proper diet plan. Often times, people eat too much junk and not enough essentials. Replace junk with essentials along with a fitness routine, and weight loss should follow in most cases if consistent.
