Can Covid make your heart pound for absolutely no reason?? Or if you do something simple like get out of bed? Because it won’t stop and I’m getting nervous. 🤷♀️Is it Covid or anxiety?🤷♀️

It's covid. I moved laundry and neatened a coffee table and had to go back to bed. Recovery is a bitch.

Call your doctor or go to ER. Yes…..Covid is a respiratory disease and a vascular disease.

It’s unfortunately the effects of the virus in your blood stream causing havoc and damage in your body. It may be short term or it may end up being permanent. Sorry!

Yes,i had an elevated heart rate throughout my illness. I think viruses in general do cause this(i had another stomach type virus precovid that caused high heart rate)

COVID can make you feel short of breath which can make you anxious and make your heart feel like it’s pounding. Are you on Paxlovid?

Covid exacerbated my atrial fibrillation (heart occasionally going bonkers), which meant I needed to get a pacemaker. They can’t really diagnose unless you go to the ER during an episode or if you are on a heart monitor and have an episode. Worth getting it checked out because it can also mean your heart stops for too long as it tries to resync.

Yes it can!! I had high blood pressure heart pounding high heart rate. developed POTS. Almost 4 years I still get random heart pounding from it. But not as often as I use to at the beggining. I also had anxiety attacks n panic along with 30 plus symptoms. Diagnosed with long haul. Most went away but the heart issues still three and other ones. But It gets better
