I say this with the caveat that I haven't even finished the book yet, but... (and I'm not trying to be dramatic) The Big Leap is changing me. It's making me think about the ways I talk to myself and others and what makes me anxious and why. It's making me uncomfortable (in the good way) and excited for what's to come for me.
