I just started 75 Soft (the kinder, gentler 75 Hard) to continue my health goals. I'm wrapping up my goal of launching my first course (beta round). I'm being more purposeful about nurturing relationships in my everyday life. Much or coffee with friends, calling loved ones, etc.
