Did a nice tour of Rocky Butte & Marine Drive today with the Jman. We found some new sections of the 40-Mile Loop that had recently been completed, and capped it off with espresso in Troutdale.

幾秒內	Allan White allanwhite	It spritzed most of the morning, but was thankfully not too cold. We checked and J and I did Rocky Butte 1 year ago today — it was a lot easier this time! My back and knee are feeling better after PT this summer. A regular ride feels like a W after losing all of July to injury.
