Today was a good day at work except for when we delivered patient to hospital where Liam passed. That was the hardest Fucking thing I had to do. I haven't been to that hospital since his death. Brought back all my emotions. I'm so thankful for my crew as they had no idea until I told them. Can't let that stop my patient care tho so I had to face that ER. I miss my baby Liam so much.
