The thing I don't get about this whole Oasis dynamic pricing palaver is that people are acting like £135 for a basic standing ticket wasn't already fucking obscene

It was. I was prepared to pay £73 for a seat at Cardiff, Wembley or Edinburgh rather than £149 (because fees) to stand at Heaton park, I absolutely know it would have cost me as much in the end but I'm not paying £149 for one ticket, period.

The only upside to all of this is that now ticketing is being looked at quite seriously, whereas up til now it was easy for any governing body to just turn a blind eye. When the majority of 14m people get the hump, they can't ignore it much longer 😂

Go see Paul Heaton instead for £35. Top bloke. His music is better and you have saved £100.

I saw them at Glastonbury in 1995. Once was enough.

When tickets hit £100+ is when I started saying no to gigs. Love live music but I’m not paying that much to not be able to actually see the band because that view is reserved for the first 10 rows only. 🙄

Exactly why I didn’t even bother looking, good band but not worth that much
