It’d do most people good to focus on what they can ADD to their diet rather than hyper-focusing on what they could REMOVE from it. Instead of solely thinking about cutting out foods (dairy, gluten, sugar, etc.), emphasize incorporating more nutritious options such as fiber-rich foods, vegetables, lean proteins, whole grains, and healthy fats into your meals. This approach promotes a positive mindset, makes your diet more enjoyable, and helps develop sustainable, healthy eating habits. Win-win!
