I really want to know why circuit breaker panels were designed to have all switches go towards the center to be “on” 🧐 Instead of something like all switches should be to the right to be “on”. Because it’s very confusing when you look at a panel with some switches to the left, you have to do mental gymnastics- well CBs on the left half of the panel, with the switch left = tripped but CBs on the right half of the panel, with the switch left = “on”.
