Hot take (maybe?): I stopped shooting “b-roll” content because for a while there I felt the pressure to record every moment of life because it could be used for content down the road. I don’t need random videos of myself cooking or getting ready, doing everyday tasks, just to put some text over top of it for an easy reel. I’d rather make purposeful content and curate my videos to be aesthetic than feel like every little moment has the potential to be used for promotional material.
