I had a very rude woman from Scotland ( l am English) lean over to fix the tray table which l was attempting to secure. She did it forcefully. She also was rude about my accent asking me if l was sure it was British, made a scene when l wanted to use the toilet calling it a pantomime. 10 hours from London to Orlando for work sitting next to this miserable woman. When we landed l got looks from hell so l wished her a pleasant visit and smiled!
