In about a month I will be giving birth again. We will welcome our third baby to our family & my life will completely change, again. I’ve spent this entire pregnancy reflecting, shifting, growing…expanding in many ways. I have surrendered to things I cannot control I’ve changed things that no longer aligned I’ve taken responsibility for how I show up I honestly have never felt more prepared No birth prep could’ve given me this confidence. Doing the inner “work” is the birth prep.
