This is an email I received today. My son has just received great GCSE results. He failed his mocks quite badly and I just could not get him to study until about 2 weeks before the real exams. Despite this please do not do what this email suggests. Your Kids need a break and they are learning to be adults. No-one is coming along to take their things away as an adult, they need to learn to work for themselves. The lessons that we should be teaching our kids is how to flourish as adults
