In my last flight of a business trip, I was reflecting on my success. Suddenly, the flight attendant's tray landed on me! How refreshing it was to feel ice and drinks on me. She apologized many times. I thanked her for reminding me that stuff like can happen to any of us. I wrote a terrific piece of feedback to the airlines! I said nothing about the mishap.
