So I immediately just changed my tone. And it feels stupid to say out loud. Instead I said to myself "no, not an idiot, I just don't know the word right now and that's okay" and I continued doing my task and the word came back to me really fast which doesn't normally happen. So that makes me feel like my body reacted better because I treated it better. Now I want to do all the kind things for my body and actually take note of how I speak to and about it. It seems to make a tangible difference.
