Today is my 44th trip around the sun. Um…yay? My birthday dinner comprises some chicken breast that I had sliced up, seasoned, and put in a sriracha teriyaki marinade for most of the day. Stir-fried it with some peppers, onions, and pineapple added in. Some vegetables are a side dish. Now, to watch my favorite film “Casablanca” as I enjoy the meal.
