I exclusively sell my designs as digital downloads on Etsy for this exact reason, yet I still get people asking “where’s my banner?” when it was available for download like 30 seconds after purchase. I have indicators of the digital nature of my products on every image, listing description, FAQ and shop info section. People *still* don’t read and then get mad when the refund timeline has lapsed. 🙄🫠
