I’m realizing just how little boundaries I put up at work. I freelance out social media management and I’m on a coms team for a client. It’s 5am. The rest of the team has their notifications silenced. So does the client. I’m over here like, meh, go ahead and bother me. I’m probably not too busy. I’m sure I can handle that no matter what I’m doing. I was answering emails in the middle of a work out set at PT last week. Clearly I have issues and need to do better. 1/2
