Why is it OK for you to use it if it’s considered pergorative?

I mean, kind of racist to say someone isn't allowed to say something because of the color of their skin right? So it should be either no one can say it or everyone can say it. Some might claim contextual use based on skin color gives it a different meaning, I don't personally agree with that. If it's not ok for one, it's not ok for all.

As a white romanian i'm a bit confused:))) are white people not allowed to say it? Who denies them the right to use a word? Is there a fine/ticket if they use it? And also, as a white romanian, if i want to be racist i'd use the word Crow(cioara) to talk about people of color...so in my opinion it's not the word that's the problem, it's the intention behind it...and also, in romanian "negru" literally means black

I think so but there’s consequences. If they do we will all know they are racist and a terrible human being that shouldn’t be part of society.
