@directv You fail to settle a carriage dispute with Disney, causing the loss of numerous channels. Your customers pay through the nose monthly for this service. So imagine my surprise when I opened my mail (a couple days late), only to find an envelope from @directv . It's a rate increase notice. Talk about balls. How on earth can you send an increase notice when you cannot even keep all the channels available?
