The one thing for school I absolutely had to have in the 4th grade was a Garfield Trapper Keeper. The one I had was with Garfield clinging to a screen door. His was on the front cover and his back was on the back cover. Wish I still had mine.

until you’ve seen another kid bash another student over the head and see a visible dent and hear a clunk when it hits their skull i don’t wanna hear about people complaining why students shouldn’t have metal water bottles. sure anything can be used as a weapon. but safety is the main reason this rule is in place.
