You know what’s so crazy to me?
The random gym girlies giving advice because they have visible abs but their advice always includes some form of shame for gaining weight / ED-style “hacks” with food.
But the pro bodybuilders have a much healthier outlook on why they do the things they do nutritionally or for exercise. And they’re always recommending consultations with coaches & doctors so you stay healthy with it.
