What is reported about the prohibition of the price of a cat. Ḥadīt͟h of Jābir: The Prophet ﷺ forbade the eating of a cat and its price. ʾImām Aḥmad said: “I do not know of anything in it that is established or authentic,” and he also said: “The aḥādīt͟h on this matter are muḍṭarib.”
