Mindfulness challenge: send someone a note of gratitude or appreciation today. Then give yourself a little mental high-five for doing it. Don't celebrate doing something nice, but for taking a moment to slow down and reflect on something good in life. These little moments are what create the mindset shift you’re looking for.
